The Canton of Graubünden has 11 regions and about 207,400 people (2025) on 7,105 km² (2,743 sq mi). Chur is both the capital and the largest city, with 39,753 people. It borders Uri, Glarus, St. Gallen, Ticino, Austria, Italy and Liechtenstein.

Plessur is the most populous region (44,972 people) and Bernina the least (4,597); Surselva is the largest by area (1,374 km²) and Landquart the smallest (175 km²).
