How the US states worksheets work
Small northeastern states are labelled out in the Atlantic with leader lines, and Alaska and Hawaii are drawn in their usual places in the bottom left. The regions follow the four US Census Bureau regions: Northeast, Midwest, South and West.
On the label-it and capitals sheets, pupils write the names on the numbered lines; the labelled map doubles as a reference sheet. All sheets are crisp black line maps with light shading, so they photocopy and print cleanly in black and white.
