How the Mexico worksheets work
The small central states around Mexico City are numbered with leader lines where they are too small for a number. Mexico City has no separate dot on the capitals sheet, which covers the 31 states.
On the label-it and capitals sheets, pupils write the names on the numbered lines; the labelled map doubles as a reference sheet. All sheets are crisp black line maps with light shading, so they photocopy and print cleanly in black and white.
