A4 portrait · 1 page · 7 to label
An empty answer box is joined to each of the four provinces and three territories by a line, as on the world continents sheet. Pupils write the names in the boxes.

A4 portrait · 1 page · Reference map
A map of Pakistan with every name printed on it – a reference sheet for teaching and for checking answers.

A4 portrait · 1 page · 6 capitals
A numbered dot marks the capital of each province and of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Pupils write the city names on the numbered lines.
For teachers
Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir are the parts of the disputed Kashmir region that Pakistan administers; as on the site's other maps, the part administered by India is shaded grey. The former Federally Administered Tribal Areas joined Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 2018. Islamabad has no dot on the capitals sheet because the territory and the city are one and the same.
On the label-it and capitals sheets, pupils write the names on the numbered lines – or, where there are ten places or fewer, in the empty answer box joined to each place; the labelled map doubles as a reference sheet. All sheets are crisp black line maps with light shading, so they photocopy and print cleanly in black and white.
