Printable maps of Ghana's 16 regions. Six of them were created in 2019 after referendums split the old ten: Bono East, Ahafo, North East, Savannah, Oti and Western North. Maps printed before 2019 show ten regions, so these sheets bring the map up to date.
Every sheet comes as an A4 and a US Letter PDF.Print it, then play itExplore the interactive Africa map

For teachers
The capitals sheet includes the six new regional capitals – Techiman, Goaso, Nalerigu, Damongo, Dambai and Sefwi Wiawso – alongside Accra, Kumasi and Tamale. Greater Accra is the smallest region.
On the label-it and capitals sheets, pupils write the names on the numbered lines – or, where there are ten places or fewer, in the empty answer box joined to each place; the labelled map doubles as a reference sheet. All sheets are crisp black line maps with light shading, so they photocopy and print cleanly in black and white.
