Printable maps of the 26 provinces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo: 25 provinces and the city-province of Kinshasa. They show the map in force since 2015, when the 11 old provinces were split up – Katanga, for example, became Haut-Katanga, Lualaba, Haut-Lomami and Tanganyika. Many atlases still show the 11, so these sheets help pupils learn the current map.

How the DR Congo worksheets work
Kinshasa is numbered like the provinces but has no separate dot on the capitals sheet, which covers the other 25. Some capitals are not the largest city of their province – Kwilu's capital is Bandundu, not Kikwit – which makes the capitals sheet a good challenge.
On the label-it and capitals sheets, pupils write the names on the numbered lines – or, where there are ten places or fewer, in the empty answer box joined to each place; the labelled map doubles as a reference sheet. All sheets are crisp black line maps with light shading, so they photocopy and print cleanly in black and white.
