Australia’s states, territories and capitals
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart are the six state capitals. Darwin is the capital of the Northern Territory, and Canberra is in the Australian Capital Territory as well as being Australia’s national capital.
This eight-capital quiz excludes external territories and Jervis Bay Territory. Each outline helps you connect a capital with its state or territory. Try multiple choice first, then type the names from memory.
